كيس عينة شاي النوم

Wasn't expecting much from a single sachet but it actually knocked me out cold within an hour of finishing the cup. The herbs taste mild and a little earthy, not bitter like some sleep blends I've tried. Ordering a full box now.

That first steep released such a calming steam that I actually switched off my laptop before finishing the cup. The gentle floral notes carried all the way through the sip, and I was drowsy well before the last drop.

The floral aroma alone has me looking forward to bedtime now. One cup thirty minutes before I hit the pillow and I'm drifting off before I finish my book. Even my husband noticed I'm not tossing and turning anymore.
