オレンジ＆ミントティー

The orange peel comes through bright and the mint cools it right down, so it never tastes heavy even though the black tea is strong. I've been brewing a mug every afternoon and it's replaced my usual iced drink.

The citrus kick hits right away but the mint cools it down before the malty Assam takes over—makes a great afternoon pick-me-up without any bitterness. The whole leaf base steeps into a proper deep brown cup, not that weak stuff you get in most teabags.

The orange peel really comes through with the Assam's bold body, and the mint keeps it from being too heavy. I've been brewing it strong every afternoon and the whole-leaf quality shows in the depth of each cup.
